July Jam

Welcome to the fifth monthly jam at GM! Here's how it works:

• Download the backing track at the link provided at the bottom of this thread. Record your solo over it and when you're ready, send it over to jams@guitarmessenger.com. Please send MP3 or WMA files - no WAVs as those tend to have huge file sizes.
• The deadline to submit your solo will be by the end of the month - July 31st.
• All solos will be posted at the same time shortly after the deadline - please do NOT upload your solo yourself and post to this thread, as we want everyone to have their takes posted at the same time to have equal feedback opportunity. If you do miss the deadline, it is ok to upload on your own and post a link in the thread after the others have been posted.
• The best part of this jam is the FEEDBACK! Check out your fellow forumers' solos and give them some constructive criticism and/or feedback.

Hey Ivan, I noticed the title of this post is July Jam, but the deadline is May 31, does that mean I have to create a time machine before I create a solo, or is this May 31st of next year? lol
